PLATINUM REWARDS PROGRAM - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Platinum promotion is open to all exhibiting companies at the 2018 SEMA Show who achieve or have achieved SEMA Data Co-op Platinum Status and continue to maintain their SEMA Data Co-op Platinum Status through July 13, 2018. This is non-transferable. SEMA has the right to approve or deny all participants. Participation is subject to the terms and conditions listed:

Concerning SEMA News and Meter Panels - By their tendering such SDC Platinum Rewards Program order, the sponsor or agency shall indemnify and hold SEMA, SEMA DATA CO-OP, publisher, its employees, agency and subcontractors (collectively “SEMA”) free and harmless from any expenses, damages and costs (including reasonable attorney fees) resulting in any way from publisher’s compliance with such SDC Platinum Rewards Program order (including, but not by way of limitation, from claims of libel, violation of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, or otherwise). Publisher shall have full right to settle any such claim and to control any litigation or arbitration in which it may be a party—all at the cost of the agency and the sponsor who shall be deemed joint and several indemnitors. Agency warrants that it is authorized to bind, and does bind, sponsor to such indemnity jointly and severally with agency. SEMA is not responsible for any errors, omissions and/or any misrepresentations in regards to sponsor’s listings in the SEMA News or Meter Panels, except to the extent that such errors, omissions, and or misrepresentations are cause by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of SEMA. SEMA reserves the right to discontinue publication at any time with or without notice, or to defer or cancel the printing, publication or circulation of any issue or of the tendered advertising, and shall not be liable for any failure to print, publish or circulate all or any portion of an issue or the tendered advertising because of labor disputes involving the publisher, printer or others, transportation delays or embargoes, errors or omissions of employees or subcontractors or circumstances beyond its control.

Publisher’s sole obligation as to any failure or default on its part shall be limited to a refund of its charges which may have been paid to, or, at its option, to publish the tendered advertising in its next available issue. The publisher reserves the right to reject or omit any advertising for any reason. No advertising will be accepted that simulates SEMA News editorial material.

Carpet / Floor Ads—Sponsor must provide production-ready artwork in an approved digital format by the artwork deadline. All sponsorship artwork must adhere to specifications and requirements provided by production company. Sponsorship includes production, delivery and installation. At any time, if sponsor fails to submit acceptable artwork, or, chooses not to submit logo(s), SEMA will default to text version of company name and or company brands as identified by sponsor.

The SEMA General Advertising Policies are hereby incorporated in these Terms and Conditions agreed to by the sponsor.
